At Integrated Family Care, patient’s pay one fee (monthly or annually) – all office visits are included with deeply discounted labwork. Insurance can be used for lab work, imaging and specialists.

Osher Center Integrative Health centers on a “whole-person approach that combines conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies that focus on healthy lifestyle addressing stress, nutrition, movement, sleep, and environment to reduce suffering and enhance overall wellness.”
A lifestyle medicine consultation will include an initial meeting with a physician or nurse practitioner for one hour. After discussing your personal, medical and family history; your dietary, exercise and sleep habits; your sources of stress and coping mechanisms, they will then assess any health concerns you have, evaluate your symptoms, order any necessary tests and create mutually agreed upon lifestyle prescriptions.
